Massage Envy - Tomball

I love this place. Have been going for 3 years now. Very friendly atmosphere. Treat me very nice. Attentive. Make me feel good . that I matter. Not just another dollar sign. Always calling me with reminders. If my therapist can't make it. They offer someone else that is tutitive to my needs. This is the only place that is part of the arthritis foundation. You have my support. God bless you. ☺☺☺☺

My Husband and I were members of this location starting back in DEC. 2014. We decided to cancel our membership. The front desk advised that when we cancel our membership for the following month we have an additional 30 days to use our PREPAID credits. The front desk did not tell us that our account was considered cancelled a few days after we signed the paperwork and the clock started on the 30 days at the moment when the information was entered into Massage Envy's database. When I called to schedule to use our remaining credits, I was told that my membership was already canceled a few days earlier and could not use the PREPAID credits. I received a call back from a young lady that claimed to be a concerned manager. However, we talked and have yet to speak again. She NEVER called me back. I have given it a few weeks and since there is no concern or communication - I will NEVER recommend Massage Envy to ANYONE again. I am TRULY bothered that I paid for a service but cannot use it.

This place is awesome! staff is friendly, very clean facility,prices are very reasonable, and my massage therapist Paige was outstanding.I would recommend this location.I will definatly be coming back.

Very, very disappointed. I went in for a relaxing day and I left annoyed and uncomfortable. I should have walked out when I met the receptionist. She was rude and had no hospitality training. She made me feel bad that I was "only" 5 minutes early for my session, and rushed me through the - VERY IMPORTANT - medical history. I'm allergic to grapefruit and that could have been horrible if I hadn't said something directly to the therapist. I went back to the restroom - I had to use the men's, because there's only one ladies' room in the whole building - and then met my therapist, Beth. She was nice enough. I then spent the next two hours in a tiny, cramped room that was boiling hot being rubbed down with the greasiest oil ever. There was no pressure or consistency. I almost asked her to stop!



When it was finally over, I looked up and realized she had shorted me by 15 minutes. I was then given a robe and a plastic cub of water, and I waited for the girl who was going to give me my facial. She was better - her name is Melody, and she was sweet and was actually better at massaging than Beth was. The facial was just mediocre. I could have done the same thing at home. One of the masks, a clay sulfur-based one, burned my face. At least she only shorted me five minutes.



I ended up paying over two hundred dollars for three hours of discomfort. The receptionist tried to sell me their "membership" plan, which sounded ridiculous, and some facial products. I will never be going back, and I will be contacting the company for a refund. This was an insane experience.

Beautiful facility. Front desk does not know how to schedule the right therapist for deep tissue. Massage was a big disappointment.
