I had an outstanding car buying experience with Scott Robinson Honda. I had come to the lot just to look around after postponing a car purchase for years to avoid the pressure sell experience. Luckily, I met Sherin Gad and came home with a new vehicle. Sherin is an honest sales person who has the patience to deal with customers while they are weighing the options. She does not force you into a decision. I also found her to be well versed in the buying and trade in processes. She is very customer focused and helped me to negotiate the best deal for the purchase and trade in. I enjoyed workong with her and would easily give her a five star rating. I would also like to mention that this dealership has the best finance manager "Ernie". This is probably the least offensive, most customer oriented finance manager I have ever met. I give Ernie a five star rating as well.

Do NOT buy a vehicle from here as they DO NOT stand behind their product. The GM advised a fellow colleague as we all listened on speaker phone to come down & trade their car in. Also that he advised all his friends & family to not buy used cars even though the dealership sells them. Colleague purchased an Acura with low miles from this location & has had several mechanical issue. Car has been serviced continuously at Acura dealerships since purchase. Colleague should definitely try & contact owner Jeff. Furthermore why would anyone purchase another car from there when they don't stand by the first purchase.I would suggest anyone having severe mechanical issues that endangered your life as my colleague file complaints with the BBB & NHTSA. Word of mouth travels fast especially in the military & law enforcement profession.
