Tustin Plaza Car Wash

WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! I was at Tustin Plaza Car Wash, getting a simple car wash for my Chevy Equinox LT. After about half an hour a guy raised a rag meaning my car was ready. I walked over, handed the guy the receipts to show I had paid already and a tip as well. Got on my car and immediately saw an alert on the dashboard that read, "Power Steering Service." I tried moving the sterring wheel and it wouldnt move at all, it was completely locked. I called over one of the guys and he then called another, the second guy got in the car and tried moving the steering wheel but it was not moving at all. I asked him what did they do to my car and he said, "well your car died and we had to jumpstart it and push it all the way out here." I said, "WHAT?!? What do you mean you had to jumpstart and push it?? Why would you do this without informing me, the owner of the car?? Who gave you authority to act without consulting me??" The guy said they do this all the time with other cars. I told him that whatever he does with other cars is not my problem but what he does with my car is my problem and only I can make decisions. He drove the car a few feet to the tire place next door to you guys, he could not even drive it because the steering wheel was not moving. There two guys were looking at it and tring to figure out what it was, they were clueless and said best thing was to take it to an expert. All this time your employee was there as well, I told him I needed to speak to the manager or owner and he said that was not possible. I asked what does he mean I cannot speak to someone above him? I said I needed to speak to someone who would give me some type of assurance they would pay the repairs since this was clealy neglicence on their part, i took my car to get car washed NOT to have someone do any type of mechanics. He talked to the owner on the phone 3 times and none was I able to speak to him. I told the employee if I could get a call and he just took my number down. My car was in perfect conditions upon entering Tustin Plaza Car Wash, I have always gotten its services done at the dealership, the last service being on 6/2/16, two months ago and everything as always was 100% perfect. I repeat this is the absolute WORST car wash you can get service at, they truly dont care about taking ownership for their neglicences.

Wish I could give "0" stars. They ran my car into a truck in front of it, then it seemed like I was the only one who cared. The manager, Jose, didn't seem to speak any English so I was trying to deal with the cashier, Jasmine, who was very kind and helpful but didn't really know what to do. To top it off, they didn't get my car clean and when I asked them to wash it again they didn't. They just dried my car and handed me the keys, so I grabbed a wet towel and wiped off the dirt that they missed myself. So to recap my experience here: 1). They ran my car into another vehicle which caused damage to my front bumper. 2). They didn't seem to care about the damage to my car and the manager didn't speak English. 3). They wouldn't re-wash my car that never got clean in the first place. Read the reviews people...you're better off washing your car at home by yourself.
