Romano's Macaroni Grill

The service and food are both crappy! The restaurant has tables closely spaced and gets very noisy, this wasnt my biggest concern. What bothered me is when I called the waiter to tell him my pasta was undercooked he first lectured me about what al dente is, what the heck?!
My pasta was very dry and the little pasta sauce it had was extremely bland. I wont be going back.

This place is such a fine place for the noise that comes out of it. The decoration is beautiful and the food is pretty decent but the noise is just overwhelming.

Whenever we crave italian, we usually end up going to Olive Garden, however we decided to try out Macaroni Grill and boy did we make a mistake. Service was extremely patchy. We had both ordered eggplant/chicken parmigan and they came out extremely dry. The wheat pasta was undercooked. When we mentioned this, the waiter ended up just getting the pasta without any sauce which was ridiculous!! Overall not a very pleasant experience...wouldnt go back there

Wen't here when we visited my daughter last Oct.Great food,excellent service.Am hoping one will soon open in Toledo.
