Anthony Vince Nail Spa

Just left this place and will NOT be going back. I had been 2 previous times and the service was "so-so". I went today because I had been given a gift certificate as a bday gift. I didn't make an appt but tried to do a walk in. Upon entering I had 3-4 employees just stare at me. I signed in without being told and picked out my nail color. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE acknowledged me other than to keep staring at me. After sitting for 20 minutes waiting one employee finished the client she had been working on, checked her out at the register. She continued to just mess with items around the register for an additional 2-3 minutes before going back to her station and just sitting down, still staring at me. The thing that made me angry to walk out is no acknowledgment other than looks. Say hello, or at least tell me it is going to be 5, 10, 20 minute wait, don't stare and not say anything. Now I have a gift card for a place I will not be going back too. May just give the certificate back to gifter!

Unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure to experience what Anthony Vince nail spa had to offer. I just waited over a hour and a half and while I was there was the fifth customer to leave. The spa looks really nice but with a wait like i had I wonder if they're even churning a profit....
