Took $2,000 from a dying man for a divorce. My husband was on morphine and oxycodone along with radiation and chemo. Once off chemo he did not want a divorce. After he died I found a receipt for $2,000. I tried to get the money back and was refused because the credit card it was originally charged to was closed too long. They refused to return our money. Everything was in both our names.
I was hospitalized about the same time Mr. Morrison had a heart attack. I didn’t get back home from December 1, 2022 till Easter Sunday 2023 from three trips to hospitals and rehabs. There’s no excuse for not returning people’s money. My husband told me don’t worry he would give the money back, because they were honest. That’s not honest

Terrible experience worst lawyers ever. I paid $2000 upfront for a retainer fee. We get a associate lawyer named Chad whom invites my girlfriend out of town on a boat trip. He also whistled at her hinny going up stairs. I was not paying my money to have a guy flirt with my girlfriend. Then they go to court and Chad actually gets less money per month than has already been agreed upon. After this we fired them. No partial refund was given or any kind of bill to explain what service was provided. I recomend you run from these guys total ripoff.

Mr. Morrison, Mrs. Morrison and Ms. Vickie were AMAZING, they would reply to all my calls and questions in a very timely manner, and I was very satisfied with the end results (2 thumbs up )

Mr. Morrison has personally handled 3 legal matters for me in Virginia in the past 15 years and each time he has done an outstanding job. Whenever I need legal counsel he is the one I choose and I have always been very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal help.

Very good law firm. My marriage had become a nightmare and my spouse was trying to take everything and leave me nothing. Mr. Morrison did a great job for me in court and got me what I wanted. I highly recommend Mr. Morrison and his team. They have been really wonderful to work with and I want to thank them for all that they have done for me. He worked with me on a sensitive family law matter, and he was very compassionate and fought hard, and I ended up getting exactly what I had hoped for. Everyone at the office was extremely nice and professional. It was a hard time personally, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It took this office over a year to finalise my divorce. Then when I tryed to rehire them for another case because I had moved out of state and they were the only attorneys office I knew it took them over 2 years to finnaly hear from them. They never kept in touch with me about any thing. I was never informed as to how my case was doing. The receptionist was always rude when I called and asked for information on my case. I was not given any information as to how I should go about handleing my case. By the time I finaly got some sort of result I was very disapointed and because they took so long as to get me my resluts I now have to deal with an even biger mess as to why it took me so long out here in my new home state to fille. And all because I had to wait for them. I strongely do NOT recomend this office to any one. Save your money and go to some one else. I payed them up front in full for my case and I never heard from them again untill 2 years later. EXTREAMLY TERIBLE SERVICE.

I would not recommend this office because during my divorce case, my attorney, S. Messenger lied to me. I was told that my presence was not required for the child support hearing but later found out in writing that the hearing was also a custody hearing that I was required to attend. Prior to this hearing the court had given me permisssion to move out of state with my two small children and my attorney advised me our next hearing date would only be for child support so all I needed to do was mail a copy of my pay stub. Now I am being inconvenienced because I can't afford to go back to Virginia for the hearing.
