Pacific Drain and Plumbing

I've been having plumbing back-ups at my late '60's house for many, many years. Several different plumbers have camera'd, jetted, and it kept happening. Nobody really ever suggested what the bigger problem might be much less what to do about it. About a year ago I had 4 companies give me bids to replace or reline the pipes. After much research and talking to plumbing companies, I decided on the reline. One company bid the job at 4 times the cost of Pacific Drain & Plumbing/Arrow Drain, suggesting they must be that much better. 2 others bid similar to Pacific, however I was most impresssed with Pacific, especially Brandon. He came out and did a thorough assessment. After rethinking, he came out again and did further inspection, and revised his plan to include an area that he originally didn't think could be included. I received a sketch and a very thorough explanation my plumbing system and what would be done along with a time-line. Work was completed timely, everything was back in place so you woudn't even know anything had taken place. I highly recommend them. It's hard to find this kind of service these days.

Today I have a back-up in the kitchen sink and have scheduled them to come out to fix that. I'll give an update.

Two Pacific Drain guys ran camera in washer wall, said pipe broken, and wanted THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to drill block wall to reroute pipe. I drained into yard for a year. New plumber ran camera.NO BROKEN PIPE. Dishonest or incompetent?

These guys/gals are honest plumbers!

They have come out a couple times in the last several years and cleared my Auto Repair Shop drains. With several opportunities to "up-sell" me, they haven't! I appreciate the professionalism and that they are just a phone call away.
