Liberty Mazda

I just recently bought a Mazda CX-5 at Liberty Mazda. I love my new car and was very impressed with my salesman Jim Samson. He was efficient and professional during the whole process. He knows his products and was willing to explain every detail about the car and the purchase process clearly. Everyone in the dealership was a pleasure to deal with- from the test drive to signing the papers to delivery. I would recommend this dealership to others and also Jim Samson as a salesperson, as he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Mazda products.

My wife and I bought our first new car which was a Mazda CX 9. Our sales person Brooke was great. She was a real class act. She walked us through the whole process and stuck with us until the very end. We loved that she let us test drive the middle of the road Trim and was not trying to shove the signature model down our throats. She understood what we were looking for and really catered to our needs. Overall an excellent experience.

I was greeted and asked if i needed any help (which i declined), but allowed to walk and look at the cars. I was told that all the cars on the lot are unlocked and feel free to get in and look. It was refreshing to not be bombarded with questions and financial qualifiers before i had a chance to see if i liked the car! Nice facility, good selection of inventory. Robert my salesman was knowledgeable, and helpful, but most importantly, if he didn't know the answer to a technical car question, he said so in stead of making up an answer. They were fair with the pricing, and made the final paperwork as painless as possible. I really do like my Mazda CX5,
