I am new to the area and had a dog (Goldie) that I was torn with how to proceed with her life. I knew she was not having a good quality of life and seemed in pain or suffering from dementia but just could not make a decision. I called Dr Swenson and they fit me right in. The office is immaculate, quiet & has a serene quality about it. They put me and my dog right at ease. Dr Swenson made an evaluation quickly and eased my mind that in my heart I knew my dog Goldie had no quality of life any more. He explained things in a compassionate and understanding way. Her euthanasia was made beautiful and special. It was very peaceful and dignified. My other dog will now become his client. In 4 states I have had Vets...Dr Swenson is the best by far. Kudos!! Brought my cat in for an exam, he wasn't feeling well. After exam, the vet turned and told me it would be cheaper to get a new cat. A tumor was found on the cat, so I left him overnight to have a biopsy done. Less than 48 hours after bringing my cat home, the cat died. I no longer have trust in this vet.
