I have had both of my sons to see Dr. Chasen, ages 7 and 14 and all of us were happy with the experience.

I have to say this was a very pleasant experience. I just had three teeth pulled and one was a problem due to previous work. It couldn't have been made any easier by Dr. Chason. He explained everything very clearly and even when my wife went back the next day to give them information, he took time to go over eveything with her again. The people in their office were all very nice and I felt very confortable even though it was not the most fun thing to have done.

I would not recommend to anyone else. I felt belittled and like my concerns did not matter. It would have been a better experience if I felt like someone was actually listening to me. Instead I felt like I was talking to a wall :(
