        Nine times out of ten they cut my hair wrong. How can you cut hair wrong when given instructions and pictures!? It's always like Russian roulette when going here. When I do find someone who does it right they move. Or I find someone who cuts it right only to request them the next time for it to be cut wrong by them, no consistency.
