Founded more than 20 years ago, Global Collision® has experienced phenomenal growth in sales and workforce since George Lilley took over the original company in 2003. Lilley has spent all of his professional career in the collision repair industry, first developing the highly successful Lilley Group-UK, as well as consulting for Haggie Group, Scotland, and Royal Automobile Club of Victoria, Australia, to establish multiple shops.George Lilley invented and perfected his Flow Line production system in the United Kingdom and central Europe over many years. With his zest and exuberance for the industry, Lilley has integrated the same concept in Colorado, and in record time, with his latest acquisition. This revolutionary design is based on a minimum building structure of 15,000 square feet with 4 low-bake refinishing booths centralized in the production operation. To further enhance the integrity of repair, the company has invested in state-of-the-art machinery, technology, and training from around the world. Above all, the key factor to the operation’s success is the seamless, limited movement of each vehicle. As a vehicle moves through the various clinical stages of repair — dismantle, repair, replace, refinish, and final detail — each technician is acutely aware of accountability and commitment to perfection. Strict quality control procedures are in place to ensure that each stage of the repair process is documented and accounted for. As a result of the Flow Line concept, vehicles are repaired more rapidly than the industry’s average downtime, providing customers with a more efficient, timely repair without compromising quality. “When I first came to America I performed market research on the local repair industry and identified a considerable difference between the customer care, levels of equipment, training, and technology being used here compared to Europe,” said George Lilley. “My goal was to gain a greater understanding of the American procedures and mentality and combine the knowledge with European standards. From Estimation to Delivery Our highly trained personnel will handle every aspect of your vehicle's repair. We work with all insurance companies, just bring a copy of their estimate. If additional work is needed, we will contact the insurance company and make sure the repair is completed properly. We are also happy to complete your non-insurance related repairs expertly, and at a fair price. Rental Cars For your convenience, Enterprise Rent-a-Car has an office on site. Enterprise offers special low rates and a wide selection of cars to choose from. In addition, they provide direct billing to all major insurance companies. If you don't require a rental car, we would be happy to give you a ride to your home or office; then pick you up when your car is completed.
