We received a filthy, smelly waste container when we started using their service which was a bad sign. We then had to pick up trash from around the pick up sight for our waste container. I called to complain within a couple of weeks and was treated with disregard while the lady was rude the whole time and insisted it was our fault. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt against my better judgement. Needless to say when I called back a second time it was to let them know we will no longer need their service's and they can pick up their container.

At 1st they were nice but...If I could have given them a zero I would have!! Their customer service is absolutely terrible!!! You call and call because it's been a month since your trash has been picked up & they don't return your calls if you have an issue. So I called another company to establish service and called them to cancel and have never been talked to so rudely & inappropriately. I can't believe that they are still in business. **CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY..UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME TO CALL THEM, OR IF YOU LIKE TRASH OR IF YOU LIKE PAYING SOMEONE TO YELL SCREAM AND CURSE AT YOU WHEN THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED.

These people are terrible. First of all, the never answer their phone. When I first called to set up my initial service, they had to be called and reminded to pick up my trash the first FOUR weeks!!! Things went ok for a couple of months, then they 'received my check late' so they didn't pick up my trash one week. Fair enough, but the following Monday they didn't pick it up again! I called that afternoon and had to leave a message. The lady called me back and said that they were having trouble with their trucks but that they would get my trash by the end of the day. Tuesday came and I called again. The lady called back in the afternoon to confirm that my trash was picked up. I called again Wednesday and Thursday. Still no pickup. The lady called Thursday afternoon and said that the reason it wasn't picked up this week was because it takes 2 days to get payments in the system. Hmm. That's at least 2 excuses I've heard so far. I finally left a message on Friday saying that if they didn't pick up my trash by the end of the day, I was done. So they came and took my bin and left my trash bags on my lawn. No refund for the 3 months I've paid for in advance and they won't answer their phone or call me back about my payment. Please use a reputable company. I should've known better after the first 4 weeks. This is completely unacceptable.
