I took my car to ABRA collision and glass in Wilmington NC on 3801 Market St to have my car repaired after a collision in the rear. After returning it to me I opened the rear hatch back to put some things back in and found the cargo light non functional. There was nothing but a hole where thew light fixture should have been. The light fixture was laying on the floor in the back and after looking around I found screw hole caps just dangling and not installed where they should be. Also there was a black powdery substance all over my back seats and headrests. I also found black smear marks on the head liner and rear interior plastic molding. I took it back in and they fixed the light but gave me nothing but excuses, not wanting to own their mistakes and making me feel as though it was something I did wrong. A week or so later I discovered my fog lights were not working, I checked the lights then opened the hood to find the wiring dangling and the relay broken off from where it was mounted. I took the car back in the next day and again got excuses and was told they would put me in a rental and order the part. I became furious and told the moron service manager I was tired of excuses and did not want a rental, I wanted my car. I then told him it's a 5 minute job and to fix it now! The more he ran his mouth the more furious I became and I told him what I thought of him, the business and the quality of work. He went to get the "Owner" as he called it and the owner came out and received my fury. He told the service manager to call the cops so I pointed out the dash cam in my front window recording everything and that I would be reporting this to the BBB and he would be hearing from my attorney and left. .
