Fantastic Sams

I went today to have my hair colored, highlighted, cut. The manger Karry Eckler pulled the hairdresser I was assigned away while my color was processing. (that was fine I had 25-30 min processing wait) 45 minutes later my scalp was burning the hairdresser I was assigned was unable to finish my hair r/t she had to finish the customer that came in a hour after myself. Kudos to the hairdresser for understanding my scalp was burning stopping what she was doing and rinsing the chemicals out of my hair. As a nurse balancing several patients at a time everybody needing something, it is hard to make everyone happy. 2.5 hours later I left with wet hair, no highlights, no hair cut Karry Eckler charged me 64.50 suggested I call later to see if they could finish. I politely refuse. My friend who questioned the charge was at first told she would reverse the charges from my credit card but came back and said the owner/Regina refused even though I was totally ignored for 2.5 hrs. "DON"T GO THERE"!

I look BEAUTIFUL!!! Karry did such a 5 star job. Love my new friend! She is beautiful, caring lady, and I enjoyed her styling my hair. Brenda McLean
