- JB Lawn Sprinklers opened in 2006 to provide professional irrigation services to area residents and businesses. The company was started with the goal of installing and maintaining high-quality and efficient irrigation systems. Over the years we have added drainage, well and pump services as well as landscape lighting to better meet the needs and expectations of our customers. We hold many certifications and licenses such as NC Licensed Irrigation Contractor, Certified Backflow Tester, NCRL Plumbing License and most recently a NC Level D Well Drilling License. JB Lawn Sprinklers is very professional! It is a great local company that has been growing due to the GREAT service they provide their cusotmers. I have never been stood up by them and they have always treated me with respect and dignity.
Scheduled an appointment a month ago and it took two weeks to get here. We took off and they never showed up. Someone came two days later and we told them that they were two days late. They apologized and we rescheduled again which took two more weeks. Again we took off and again they never showed up. This time is was going to be the owner showing up. What a disappointment. Think twice before calling them!!!!!!!

The information provided by this customer is not accurate. It is true I missed our second appointment with him, to be with my 18 month old daughter in the Urgent Care Center. I called within 30 minutes of missing the appointment to aplogize and reschedule. I have done everything possible to please this customer, which was not good enough for them. If you are going to write a negative review, I beleive you should state the facts.
