All I can say is "THANK YOU" to Neil and his staff. This was my first time and hopefully last time dealing with car damage with an insurance company and I am soo thankful that I found you guys! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot (no appointment) I felt welcomed and in good hands. Neil took the time to stop what he was doing and look at my vehicle. I had already had another estimate when I showed up so I had an idea of what he was going to say and was shocked when he pointed out several other items that the other company did not even mention to me. (The other company was recommended to me by my insurance company.) The decision to use Neil at this point was obvious and I am thankful that l I took the time and got a second estimate.
