        Why would an owner claim this to be a hobby shop? It is really not a so called "hobby shop"

        I broke down in my BMW on my way to work. Not only was the car fixed in a day, but they gave me a loaner car to drive, so I wasn't stranded. Great repair job and even greater customer service! R. Smith
