Manley Paul Tree & Landscaping Service

I hired Manley Tree Service to trim back several trees in my yard. During the work, they flattened hundreds of dollars in landscaping, broke lighting, and damaged my driveway. When I confronted Paul Manley about this, he got irate, refused to cover more than $100 in the damage, and just lost his top. My wife almost called the police, fearing he was about to get violent. I wish we had recorded it so that the YouTube video might keep people from making the same mistake.

Manley Tree Service was working at my next door neighbor house on June 4th, 2015. They asked permission to enter our yard to cut down trees not on our property. After they had left we realized that they had been on top of the roof of our house and damaged our gutters. The damaged was caused by them allowing the trees to fall on our roof and gutters. I spoke to Manley tree service on the same day and was told to give them 3 weeks to fix it. On July 9th I called again and was promise by end of week someone would come out. We waited 2 more weeks and called again and they never returned my call. I had my lawn service company repair the gutter on July 24th, 2015 at an expense of $200.00. Someone from Manley showed up a few days later, not to repair it but look at it, I told him it was too late. We've been patiently waiting for months and they were not returning our calls, so we had it fixed since we were coming into hurricane season. We filed our complaint with the BBB. We will wait 2 weeks more to see if they will resolve this issue. If not then I guess we will persue this legally by other means.
