Long story short, my car left in worse condition then before. DO NOT GO HERE! All is explained in the following story.
I went here with my ford 2004 mustang which had an overheating problem. I drop it off and they called back saying they had fixed the problem. I get my car back and on the way home it was fine, but a day later it overheated. I brought it back and one of my friends ,who works on cars, said it might be the fan so I mentioned that to them. When I got my car back, I drove home and as I pull in the drive way my car is smoking. Lift the hood and my fan is burnt out. I called them back and they denied even touching it.

This is a review of my recent sales visit to Mitchell Selig Ford. I arrived with a few used cars in mind that I had seen on the website and was greeted by Dwight H. who was friendly and enthusiastic. He immediately pulled up the keys to the car I was interested in and we took a drive. He listened as I spoke about what I liked about my current Ford. I felt no sales pressure at all during the entire experience. Dwight pointed out the car's features and answered all of my questions patiently. He then suggested some cars on the lot that might also fit my needs and were in my price range. He spent a great deal of time and I came away with two cars to consider along with the Carfax Reports, prices and a trade in value for my current car. I was able to take the info home and plan on returning to make a purchase. I don't like pressure or hard sell and was pleased with my experience at Mitchell Selig Ford.

nice easy low pressure sales experience. I went in to two dealers

before Mitchell Selig Ford at one they could not make the #'s work at the other I walked into the showroom and was not even acknowledged. Walking into Mitchell Selig Ford was different Rodney Franks my salesman greeted me as I walked through the door. I had a rough appointment with internet sales but they were busy at the time; understandable as I had told them that I would be in at around 11 and it was 12. I had a car in mind and a price that I was willing to pay (a stretch for the car I wanted) but Rodney got it done. I was impressed I had the paperwork in hand by 1 and an appointment to pick up the car the following weekend ( I was unable to bring the car home then or get in sooner I have no doubt that if I had wanted it then it would have been ready). The following weekend I drove down to pick up my brand new Mustang. 5 minutes in with finance and the paperwork was done (fastest I have ever experienced in over 10 car buying transactions). find my new Baby in the service area balloons tied to the mirror sitting ready for me. It was raining so they brought my car into the service area to transfer all my junk into the new car. Rodney offered to help even though the showroom was full and I am sure there was a sale he would miss. The follow through has been beyond belief with everyone I meet at the dealership asking how everyone likes my new car and if I need anything. will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a ford or any new car. This dealership is worth switching brands for.

Picked my vehicle up from work, serviced it, returned it back to my office and signed me up for a rewards card that I can use for future work. Why would I go anywhere else. Great service.

When I moved to Connecticut 21...

When I moved to Connecticut 21 years ago a needed a place to get warranty work done on my new Ford. The service department at Bill Selig Ford was more than helpful. My family & I have sinced purchased 10 vehicles from them over the years. Their sales & service departments are the best. On the few occasions I had a problem, the service manager Larry went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.
