The Paint Spot

The only problem I have with the Paint Spot is their customer service. As far as the work provided they did a good job but that's where it ends. There just is not any friendly, professionalism going on. Don't expect a phone call to update you on the status of your vehicle that's your job. I would have expected a phone call to let me know when the vehicle was available for us to pick it up but no. We had to return twice due to having to wait for a part and both times we were handed the key and that was it, no thanks or anything. You would think after having body work done they would escort you to your car and show you the work that was done to make sure you are satisfied, but no, they hand you the keys and their done with you. It does not take much effort to provide exceptional customer service but these guys are lacking big time.

Had my wifes car in for drivers side repair. Had to rent a car and scheduled with paint spot to drop it off on monday with repair scheduled for finish on Friday. No call on Friday when I called Monday they told me it would take 2 more days. Picked it up on wednesday night inside was dirty, and the car battery was dead they had to jump it. After walking around the car I noticed a piece missing when I asked Dan about it he said his guys said it was not there to begin with which is not true. Poor customer service and attention to detail.

I picked up my car from you today and would like to send a letter of appreciation. I am especially appreciative of the awesome help Dan was to me, Rochelle being a close second.My car was rear - ended 2 weeks ago. I have never had to deal with an accident before and I had no clue as to what to do. (I lost my husband 2 years ago so it was now up to me to handle. I walked into the Paint Spot and Rochelle was immediately there helping me with what to do. She was so kind in answering my questions. She made me feel at ease, and that all would be OK.When I came back the next day, I cannot begin to tell you how awesome Dan Hales was in his assistance. I am sure he does not realize what it meant to me to have the professional, friendly and competent help he gave to me.Dan checked over my car, told me what to expect, informed me of the time line, and even made arrangements for a rental car for me. He arranged to have them come pick me up and made sure they could bill my insurance and keep the charges within that limit.Someone even brought me a cold bottle of water while I waited for the Rental Car People.I picked up my car today. The Paint Spot did a great job. I am pleased with the results. But it is the people at Paint Spot who made the difference. This body shop is the absoulte worst experience I have ever had with any company. My car came out riddled with problems and when I would return it to have them fix the issues I was ridiculed and Dan told me " So What, Deal with it" Cars fine! The car had to be taken to the dealer to be repaired and they coundnt belive the condition of its supposible repaired condition. Unbelivable!!!

I brought in my car for repair after an accident. Their work was great. I am completely happy with both the quality of the repair (both body and some mechanical) and their helpful attitude. The work required ordering in some parts, and they called to keep me informed of the timing. I'll highly recommend them to others. Five Stars!

I HAD AN ACCIDENT ON NOV. 4 2008. THE OTHER PERSON'S ENSURANCE COMP. (ALL STATE) WANTED ME TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE PAINT SPOT IN BOUNTIFUL, SO WE DID. THE CAR LOOKET GOOD AT FIRST, AFTER THE REPAIR. 6 MONTHS LATER MY FRONT BUMPER CAME LOSE AND AND WE WENT BACK TO THEM TO GET IF FIX, WELL THIS TIME THEY SAID THE CAR HAD ANOTHER ACCIDENT AND THE ENSURANCE WASNT GOING TO COVER THE REPAIR, WHEN IT WAS THEM WHO JUST FAST FIX MY BUMPER AND CHARGE THE ENSURANCE CO. FOR A NEW ONE.I WILL NEVER WILL TAKE ANOTHER CAR TO THEM, THATS FOR SURE!

I would like to say that i am not as fortunate as you are i took my truck to them after i got in an accident. i still have a dent where i was hit and my bumper is still unaligned.i was very surprised when i tried to take my truck to them again and one of the employees called and told me that he was not going to work on my car again because i was disappointed with their work. he was very rude to me and there work is not that great. once you are out of the parking lot its like they don't even care anymore. i highly do not recommend going to the paint spot.

Nobody likes the hassle of taking time to deal with car repairs, car rentals, insurance companies, etc., but the folks at the Paint Spot do a great job at making sure everything is done fairly, affordably, and quickly. In several cases they have gone the extra mile to make sure a job is done right with no charges for follow up visits. In one case where they had to go longer than they had committed to they paid for an extra week of car rental. We refer all of our friends and family.
