Apple Chevrolet

From the time we walked into Apple Subaru, the experience was less then desirable. We sat for over 2 hours just to sign the paperwork to take the car home. At home we realized we were missing a rivet holding the front bumper together. We decided to head in to see if they could fix the problem. Since they only had one service technician on a Saturday, she said they would check it out quick for us and just to have a seat in the lobby. Waited over 30 minutes and no one was out to see the car. We left. Apple Subaru will promise Certified service and value, but I would pay an extra few thousand to go to another dealer who is going to give me quality treatment and care. Avoid Apple of York, PA if you are looking for a dealer to "Wow" you and your family with the service you deserve.

In my opinion Apple is the worst business I've ever dealt with from buying a car to their collision service. I wouldn't let them change my oil in either one of my cars. I was so upset at the Honda dealership that I stormed out and forgot my keys. The manager had his feet on the desk as he was suggesting that I may now qualify for a loan. I have perfect credit and I'm 40 years old, not some young kid who never bought a car before. I strongly recommend driving the distance and visiting Bobby Rahal. They are 1st Class and treat their customers with loyalty and dignity. I've just purchased my 4th new car from their Honda dealership.

Dealing with Apple Chevrolet was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. They sold me a car that wasn't inspected, it's been repaired at least 10 times in less then 2 years, and getting tags for the car was a nightmare. I would not recommend buying a used car from this dealer, even to my worst enemy.
