Foothills Dermatology Keith Gross MD

Went in as a referral today and was not aware that they did not take the particular insurance I carry. The receptionist was very rude and not careful with my personal information in front of other patients. I just was approved for AHCCS due to my income. I am an elderly woman. I called my doctor who gave the referral and was told to report this to the manager as this is not the first complaint they have had. I called to speak to the manager and low and behold it was the same receptionist. I left a message to speak to Dr. Gross. I will give a follow up review after I receive his call.
