This is a great place if you like roaches in your salad and management that could care less. Yes, this happened to me. I found a roach in the bottom of my Chicken Ceasar Salad. The server was mortified. He came back from the kitchen and took the salad off of our ticket. There was no offer made to comp my husband's food, which he had no appetite for. No Manager or Supervisor came out, it was all put off on the poor server. We will never go back. I can only make two assumptions about the quality of management and neither one is good. Either they simply don't care or there was no supervision present at a very busy Friday lunch hour.ZERO STAR RATED BettyKnoxville, TN

We've eaten pizza at a number of locations in Knoxville, and the Gondolier has the best pizza we've found. Other items, such as their Greek salad, are really good too. One of our favorite restaurants.
