This place is great. Service and food are excellent. Lunch buffet everyday from 11am till 2.30pm. Dinner is on the menu. Its BYOB. NO CORK FEE. Come and you will love it.

I am Indian, My name is Ashish Pandey, I am Basically from Mumbai ,india and I regularly have Indian food outside. I've been to other Indian restaurants in the area and had a decent experience ,I wanted the best Indian food for my wedding because my Wife's parents are from India and we picked in this Indian Restaurant in down town because we have tried many Indian restaurants and we found this restaurant to be the best amongst the lot. The on site tandoor with exceptional decoration and live sitar and tabla music and buffet setup we loved it all. When we went to the restaurant to settle the bill we were asked to share our experience with others and I thought of writting on the net. I can not thank anymore when I told the owners to give special attantion because I want my mother in law to be impressed and she was really impressed and I am glad we picked this indian restaurant to cater the wedding.The customer service was great.

Dumesh is wonderful - I have eaten there several times and never been disappointed. I second the reviewer who liked the mango lamb. Also, the lunch buffet is unusually extensive and unusually good. In addition to better-than-usual vegetarian offerings and the usual chicken, they had a tasty fish curry the day I visited. Also, I have some food sensitivities (including wheat and dairy) and they were very accommodating when I ordered off the menu. Last point: parking is no problem, unlike "upper Ludlow" which gets tight at times.

Dusmesh has become our new favorite Indian restaurant. We eat there at least once a week and have made it our mission to bring new friends each time we go. The family who owns it will quickly make you feel welcome - Maya, her mom and Avtar greet you with a genuine smile and warm hello. It's likely they'll recognize you the second time you visit, which for us, won us over. Well, that and the calibre of Indian food. Clifton may well have more than its share of Indian restaurants, but Dusmesh is a welcome addition. Try the garlic gobi, mango lamb curry, or if you are feeling adventurous, ask for their recommendation! Oh, and save a little room for whatever sweet treat they bring to the table after your meal.

This place is amazing! We went there the first week they opened and have adopted this restaurant as one of our favorite Indian places in Cincinnati. The portions are very generous, food is excellent, and the staff are some of the nicest people I have come across in the restaurant business.
