        Excellent work, great follow-up

        We live in the Sandia Heights foothills and have used Courtesy Plumbing for nearly a decade. They installed a very complicated plumbing system in our adobe home that required innovative, creative thinking. They have also done HVAC servicing, a boiler replacement, toilet installations and routine yearly maintenance. Courtesy Plumbing has always stood behind their work and have done things to our VERY exacting and picky specifications. They are often very busy and we have had to wait for non-emergency calls for a week sometimes. It has always been worth it. We have used other less expensive companies before but I feel you get what you pay for. Great company, great service, excellent work completed.

        Don't waste your time with this company

        I am leaving as this company is a sham they do not care about people. I did not have any work done. However, one of there drivers attempted to run me and my 2 children off the road. I call and left a message and I emailed to have the owner call me and I have never received a call back. This says to me this company and their employees are not only reckless but they don't care about people. As a mother I would expect a company to be concerned that their drivers are acting this way while in a company truck and that I would get some empathy. But I received none which tells me their work is probably the same, they don't care. There are plenty of good plumbing companies in Albuquerque if people aren't willing to give good service go somewhere else. This is why small businesses don't make it... they don't care.
