Integrity Cycles

This place gets 3 stars:
- My salesman, Steve, was informative, patient, and courteous
- They have a wide selection of bikes so you have the opportunity to sit on lots to find what you're into
- The sales process was smooth and fast

I took 2 stars off for 2 important reasons:
- They sold me a bike with 21-year-old dry-rotted tires. They claim to do a thorough inspection, which they then turn around and say is only "mechanical." This bike should have never been sold with the tires in the condition they were in.
- They refused to make things right by putting on new tires at no cost to me. I ended up being $150 out of pocket to get my bike into safe, rideable condition.

For these reasons, I cannot recommend anyone actually buy a bike from here. Visit, sit on a bunch of stuff to find what you like, then go somewhere else to buy it. Having "integrity" in the name is preposterous given this experience.

They essentially sold me an unsafe bike (or, from another perspective, a bike with no tires), then made me haggle with them to even make it right. I was only able to negotiate $100 off the asking price of the bike in the first place, so after replacing the rotten tires, they ended up making an additional $50 off of me.

The people are nice, the inventory is large, but this is not a good place to buy a bike. I gave the manager, Chris, multiple opportunities to make this right by just putting new dang tires on it for me at no cost.

So long story short:
- they claim to sell bikes that are inspected and road ready but will sell you one with rotten tires and then claim that it's just "mechanically" inspected
- they will not own up to their mistakes and make you whole

Read the other negative reviews. This is a pattern.

We saw this motorcycle on line and called in to ask about it. We worked with Candy and Josh . We did everything over the telephone and by pictures. We had it shipped to us. The whole process was fantastic. We have never bought anything sight unseen but it was a beautiful bike, looked just like the pictures and they were great to work with. Even the young man that delivered it to us was awesome. He explained everything to us on the bike and took great care when unloading. Loved working with Integrity Cycles.

Tom in sales was a tremendous help in my getting back into riding. And the service guys were fantastic. Definitely worth the drive!

Very happy with the whole deal. Looks like a motorcycle shop, not a clothing store. Josh & Tom were extraordinarily friendly. Really good selection of clean used bikes. Would recommend this shop to anyone :)

Sold them a sportster. Brought it to the store and was given a fair price. Check cleared next day after depositing. They have a ton of stuff for sale too

Very female/new rider friendly. Told the sales guy I wasnt buying that day and he STILL spent over an hour with me giving suggestions and letting me sit on a bunch of different bikes. By far the best experience I have had in my search so far and I have been a lot of places
