        So Anubis has been going to Hurstbourne Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge since I brought him home over 2yrs ago. Earlier this week I scheduled an appointment cause I asked if he had any shots/vaccines due soon, so I scheduled him an appointment. My middle daughter that’s 17 still a minor brought him in cause I was stuck at work. She had no clue what he’s getting. They ask her random questions she just said yeah. Take it what I scheduled was only around“$80” but I walked away into there to a….$434 bill 😡 like wtf. I didn’t ask…book… nor schedule a $210 F’ing vaccine. Set in their over an hr going back and forth. They talking about we can remove this but not the $210 shot I never asked for. Like I said a child can not make these decisions, yall got my number so why not call who booked it and paying for it……time to lawyer up since they wanna be crooks and let “MINORS” make decisions to get more money….Im gonna need all of my money back

        We have boarded our dog there for the last 4 yrs. and we have him groomed there. They have a very friendly staff and a very clean facility. They take good care of my little buddy.
