Jack's Shack

Good on a bad day! I love how consistent Jacks Shack is, my family and I come in to eat all the time and each of us have different tastes, there is something here for everyone! Such a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff is so helpful and friendly, this place also has wifi. I personally love the decor it's very "islandy" If you are in the neighborhood I highly recommend it!

I,ve been to Jack Shack three times and they cook the worst burger I've ever had. First was a 25 minute wait only to receive a hockey puck. I was so frustrated and hungtry I forced myself to eat it because I didn't want to wait another minute to eat.



The second time I went back, figured I'd give it another shot. They did it again, hockey puck charred and dry.



Third and last time, they served me a decent burger becuase I screamed at the cook to take my burger off the grill. He fought with me and said it would be raw, and it was perfectly cooked.



Never go back! ANd they don't serve thick shakes. Whats a burger with no shake?

5 GUYS is the best most consistent in my opinion!!!!!
