Pediatric Care
ABC Pediatrics Clinic was established 2008. Sisters; Drs. Silen and Sogol Pahlavan are the founding physicians. It was their vision and dream to create a physician owned medical clinic that treats ALL of their patients like family.
Primary Care
Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

Ear Infections
Colds, upper respiratory infections, and URIs are common terms we use to describe viral illnesses that cause nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, fever, and cough. The fever usually lasts for 2-3 days, and the cough with congestion and runny nose may last for 5-10 days. The typical preschool-age child may experience 6-10 colds per year. Most colds resolve on their own with rest and fluids, but some may lead to ear infection, sinus infection, asthma attack, or other complications. If you are concerned about the possibility of one of these complications, please have your child seen in our office for an evaluation.
Emergency Care
Always CALL US BEFORE Heading to the ER or Urgent Care Center Many times we can provide the most appropriate care in your medical home. If we are unable to do so, we can assist you in determining the best place for you to receive care and can communicate key health issues to other physicians as well as provide care coordination and follow-up.

You should contact your insurance company as soon as possible after your child is born. Most health plans allow 30 days to add your newborn to your insurance plan. Please remember to bring all newborn discharge papers including vaccination record.
