        Don't bother

        His equipment was not able to get rid of any stains. Just rent from a hardware store and do it yourself for a much better job at 1/5th of the price.

        Did not look any better than when they started

        We had our relatively new carpet cleaned between renters. The carpets looked no better than when he started. He was not able to get up either of the 2 stains. I rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot and the stains came out easily. Went over the entire apartment and they freshened up nicely or 1/5th of the cost. I would never recommend using this company.
