Thai Dish

Two of the three meals were acceptable and served promptly. One of the meals in our party was unacceptable due to a foul odor and undesirable flavor. The server brought the food back to the kitchen and returned with the same plate to the table stating that "the Chef said it was ok"! I explained that it was making her sick and if they could just bring her anything else out, even a simple garden salad. They refused. I begged that they just don't charge her for the meal and finally take it off the table as it was literally making her sick! The server (who claims to be the Manager) took the meal off the table stating, "we have to charge you for this meal". I was appalled! One of my guest actually became sick and we were forced to pay the bill. This is the most disgusting customer service I have seen in a long time. Definitely not the customer service America is used to.

I recently when to Mai Thai for the first time. The food was excellent and the presentation was delightful. I enjoyed everything I had especially the Rainbow Duck.
