Starbucks Coffee

Always go about 3 miles out of my way to visit this particular store because I've never had a problem, until last week that is. I ordered a Venti iced mocha and received a venti mocha. Not a big deal. Came back a few days later and ordered 2 hot white mochas and they messed up and gave me 2 cups of hot cream/milk. Couldn't go back because I was at work so they took my name. Not a big deal, ppl make mistakes. Today I went to get my remake and they wrote down the wrong items then the girls I dealt with had a big attitude with me like it was my fault. I work in the service industry and I know there are ppl out there who scam, but I'd never been treated with such disrespect when trying to get what I originally paid for in the 1st place. Don't think I'll be back again. I'll take my $25 a week elsewhere.
