Southwest Auto Finance

This company is terrible . I will never go thru them again,. The worse customer service . I have had two auto loans with them and NEVER AGAIN, I went thru a hard time after having a baby and they act like I was stealing from them. Talked down to me. The sad part is that I only have 2 months left to pay on the car . If I could give them a negative rating I would . DO NOT GET FINANCED WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company has the worst most awful Customer Service ladies. Most are hispanics & treat customers like Dogs & less than a person. Not everyone has perfect financial stability but they harass you & all your contacts over a minimal amount. They have no skills & the verbally tell you off & make you feel as if you owe them the money. They act as if the money is coming out their pocket even if your

2 weeks late they stalk you & call everyday until they get what they want. OMG the most horrible company ever......
