Critter Control

I payed $215 for Critter Control to come to my house to remove a rat I suspected under my cabinet. They came out and said that there was no evidence of rats although there was insulation being pulled out and I physically saw one with my own eyes (I took a picture of it even and showed them). Then, they ignored my evidence and closed the wall. Two weeks later, we come home to a dead rat under our cabinet. We called Critter Control expecting them to remove it as part of the initial agreement. A few weeks later we get another bill for $215 for the removal of the rat that they trapped in the wall! I disputed the case with them for months, and each month they kept charging more for late fees ($300)! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TRAP RATS IN YOUR HOME AND THEN CHARGE YOU TO REMOVE THEM! THEY ARE VIRTUAL THEIVES WITH CONTRACTS. I'VE NEVER FELT SO HELPLESS TO A SITUATION! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
