White Heating & Air Conditioning

Not impressed. Spent almost 6k having a new furnace installed and ducts cleaned.They did not show up on scheduled day. I had arranged to have 5 dogs boarded to alleviate stress. The owner was aware of this too. After calling them, they scrounged up some guys to come start job. They were here for a very short time and finished job next day and were at house all of next day (of course, all 5 dogs were home and it made my day miserable, I was not going to pay boarding fees for 5 dogs again!)They were installing a new return air duct and cut through electrical in the wall causing 3 refrigerator/freezers and televisions to not work. They got that fixed (not by an electrician) but since a freezer in shop was on GFCI plug, it did not come back on automatically and it defrosted and ruined some meat as well as some building supplies that were in the shop.Over one month later, we still have not received any paperwork for the new furnace needed for warranty info. and for tax breaks!!!

We used Whites to install the duct-work and a new furnace for our 1950's home. They were a bit more expensive than "the other guys", but well worth the price. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly and they got the job done promptly and efficiently. I would use them again for any HVAC/AC jobs I need in the future.
