I can only speak for the Devon location. They were slow to return calls or provide information. We had to keep calling and calling..very frustrating. Our ordeal ended with a take it or leave it monument.

Business has new owners. Old owners did not complete their obligations. New owner attempts to assist those who were cheated.

We had a bad experience from the Devon location. They are not the original owners and do not honor prepaid headstones even with a receipt. We were never informed . Ten months after the burial .... our slightly imperfect headstone was delivered to the cemetery.
