Excellent care by Dr. Alteri, Becky and Nurse Fabian. They saved my husbands life by insisting he have a stress test.
This detected heart trouble, within 2 weeks he had triple by pass. Thank you all so much for giving me more time with him

The office staff is not very good. Getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner usually does not happen. They are very disorganized in regard to getting back to their patients via phone. I went to this practice for several years and the longer I went the more I felt like a number there than a patient. The doctor I saw seemed to be less competent as time went on either forgetting things I had told him or not checking my chart for information before ordering tests I could not have due to other medical issues.

The Indian doctor is an arrogant SOB who has absolutely no people skills. If you value integrity in your health care, stay awy from this group.

VISIT SPRING VALLEY FAMILY PRACTICE, THE ENTIRE PRACTICE CHANGED SINCE ITS NOW UNDER LEXINGTON MEDICAL CENTER.....I HAD INTERACTION WITH THIS RUDE NURSE, WHEN SHE TRIED TO ACCUSE ME OF LYING ABOUT A PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS WRITTEN BY THE PA, AND I HAD ALONG WITH ME, WHILE VISITED....THIS NURSE WAS VERY RUDE, AND DIDN'T CARE TO LISTEN TO ME AS A PATIENT...SHE MADE ME VERY UPSET WITH HER....I WAS FORCE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR....ELSEWHERE...IF YOU GO TO THIS PRACTICE , YOU MAY NEVER GET TO SEE AN ACTUAL "DOCTOR" YOU GET STUCK WITH A "PA " OR FNP.......JUST DON'T GO THERE.......

I am a military spouse, and all of you that are know how hard it is to find a real good Dr. Dr.Altieri is a wonderful Dr, my son and I have been going to him for a few years now. He takes the time to talk to you and usually he can figure out any thing that may be going on. He helped my son very much with his sleeping issues and allergies. He has been dead on with pretty much all my issues. It's a wonderful Clinic and they do take Tricare Standard, so if you want a great Dr please call them.
