But not only did not deliver perfection, took 2 1/2 times longer than estimated.Uses method of flat labor payment for entire job, so after a certain date has absolutely no incentive to complete the job, unless threatened with legal action. Refused to write in estimated completion date into contract- which I later found out is against PA law (as were a few other things in the contract). His workers were very respectful (though he was everything but respectful to them) and- when doing a job they had experience with- very good. Unfortunately he gave them jobs- at times- beyond their experience, and they were almost entirely unsupervised.There's no way I could recommend anyone hire Ron for any size job.
