I brought in a simple cocktail dress to be drycleaned several days before my trip. I told them it needed to be done by a certain day, and the gentleman said it would be done the day before I needed it. I went to pick it up at the date and time printed on my receipt, and another gentleman said they hadnt even started it!!! So of course I took my dress and took my business elsewhere!
