Tooth Angels Family Dentistry

The dentist seems to always be "running behind." On my last visit, their internet was down so they could only take cash payments. If you didn't have the $14-20, they rescheduled your appointment. I'm assuming they didn't have the means to bill the patient later or couldn't afford to ask patients to bring the payment on their next visit. My family will not be returning.

I recently accompanied my teenager to his appointment. As I sat in the waiting room, there was an awful smell . Later I found out I was inhaling some type of fix a flat on the floor. I sat there with other patients and informed the the two employees that it needed to be cleaned. Children were walking by and could possibly slip and neither one moved. I sat there for over and hour and one employee left as the other just continued to type and answer phone. She proceeded to the back and finally cleaned it up after almost an hour and a half. It is awfully sad that the first impression,as well as last will be the employees who represent the office. Unfortunately, I will no longer patronized/utilize this establishment because of this. The dentist is wonderful but after this encounter, I will find another good Dentist.

I was terrified to go to a dentist. I went to dr Williams and love her and the staff. No one made me feel embarrassed. No judgment. I even got a hug the first visit because dr Williams saw my fear. This place is amazing and my daughter loved them to.

I had took my son here a couple of times, each time was really bad the first time my husband had to yell at one of the techs because she had grabbed my son's arm really hard. The second time I didnt want to take him but I had to go because he had a baby tooth that didnt want to fall out. They didnt allow me in the exam room with my son so I took off. I was told later by a lady that this place is know to be really mean to kids that is why they dont want the parents in the exam room.

The staff at this dental office is the nicest. My appointment was scheduled on a timely manor and didnt go over or past my time. The doctor is very generous and kind and you can tell she cares about your teeth. And the best of all the hours are amazing! i would recomend anyone to go here.
