Decided to check this place out tonight and will never be returning again.
Starts off with my waitress needing to bring my ID to her boss (which turns out just to be a phone call) because she doesn't think it's real, Minnesota license are bendy so that's why. My girlfriend gets her drink and I'm still waiting. 20 minutes later a gentleman comes back with my ID, saying his boss isn't going to accept it. We convince him to call him again, only because our food was already delivered so it was too late to just leave. Finally he decides he his going to serve me. I order a simple tequila water with a lemon. 10 minutes later I get my drink, which is 100% NOT a tequila water and 90% sure there wasn't even alcohol in it. Nice try dude. My food was fine, my girlfriends carne asada was all fat, so that wasn't fine. Needless to say these were only the top three that went wrong. No discount, nothing to compensate our terrible experience.

Good food and good atmosphere, I also heard their margaritas are really good!

I had a dish called 7 mares ($15.00). The broth was so bad that I used my fork to pick out the seafood, thereby avoiding having to consume any broth. When I explained to the waitress why I had left all the broth, her response was well the manager loves it. It is his favorite. REALLY! Since, of course I was still hungry... ordered a flan, thinking to fill up with that. The flan was dense and not light and fluffy. So I gave up and asked for a to go box for the flan. After paying the FULL check and 15% tip, I asked the waitress if she had mentioned how bad the broth was to her manager. She said she had. I asked to speak with the manager. Explained to the manager (a woman) that the broth was really bad and should not be served to other customers. She stated (with an attitude) "Our manager tasted the broth last night and he loved it". Then giving me a look as I was beneath her, she asked "what exactly was wrong with it besides it was bad". Absolutely the most horrid customer service! I could have demanded something else to eat and didn't. I could have been loud or upset, I wasn't. I could have asked for a refund or at the very least a discount, I didn't. Bad food.... poor customer service and bad attitude from the Manager. Wow. Warning to all, apparently customers don't matter! Wasn't seeking any compensation... just an acknowledgement of my bad experience. A simple we are so sorry would have been sufficient. Instead I got attitude. Am going to let everyone know how bad that place was! I will give this place only one star
because at least the waitress was nice. (Not her fault)
