Called the office due to our refrigerator freezer not keeping food frozen. Within two hours, Carl was at our home to look at the refrigerator. He was professional and courteous and knew the problem immediately. We needed a new refrigerator due to the nature of the problem and he recommended that, instead of spending a lot of money on parts and labor which might have only lasted another year. Highly recommend this company.
