Responded quickly and resolved the leak in my powder room immediately. Discussed my option of changing the corroded valve in the near future to prevent any further leaks. Also suggested changing the cold water corroded valve at the same time to prevent leak there as well. Came back and replaced corroded valves - looks soooo much better since this is a pedestal sink and shut off valves are visible. Thanks guys
