        The Florida Yacht Club, established in 1876, is a private club offering a variety of recreational activities to members. It organizes summer camps and also provides sailing courses. The amenities offered by the club include ballroom, ladies card room, meeting spaces, dining rooms, and full-service kitchen and lounge facilities. It has more than 1000 feet of docks and slips, clay tennis courts and a health club and swimming pool. It hosts weddings, annual regattas and social events and provides catering, event management and planning services. The club s fitness center offers a variety of fitness activities that include physical and cardiovascular training, cycling, aerobics, yoga and Pilate sessions.
