Six Star Kerman Service Station

Very awful service. I went in for a simple alignment. The moment the mechanic gets in my car he drives away flooring my car then comes back and explains he was "checking it out" without warning me beforehand at all. After I got my car back, it pulled to the side even more than before and my steering wheel was crooked. I returned to have it fixed and I was told if I wanted my car aligned, I would have to pay again. I had to confront them in order to get what I had paid for in the first place.

If I had known it would be like this, I would have paid the extra $10 to go get my car aligned elsewhere. I heard my coworker talking about going to get her car aligned there and I immediately warned her and she decided to go to a more reputable place to get her car aligned to avoid the headache.
