Five Star Home Inspections

Five Star Home Inspections gets a five star from me!! Todd has inspected 2 homes for me and has been completely thorough and professional. I recommended him to my realtor and she has used him as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a home.

I had Todd look at a house I was thinking of purchasing and he was very detailed and thorough. He took many pictures of all things the mortgage company wants. Todd spent an immense amount of time going completely over the home. I would reccomend him to my friends and others purchsing a home.

Before purchasing our current home, we contacted Five Star to do the inspection. We had several concerns about the dwelling because it was soon after the major hail storm of April 2011. Todd was very thorough in his inspection and provided us with an expansive report which we were able to use positively in the negotiation of the sale.
