Forever 21

Although I love their selection of clothes and great prices, I always have to ask myself before I buy something if there's a chance that I'm going to return it because their return policy is awful. You only get 21 days to return something after buying it, and you don't get your money back even if you have the receipt and tag still on it; you only get store credit. I received a dress from there as a birthday present, and I don't really wear dresses. I took it back to Forever 21 with it's tag on, assuming I'd get store credit because I didn't have the receipt, and they wouldn't even give me that! I had to have the receipt just to get store credit from a gift. I love the store, but they really need to work on their return policy.
