I have been going to this spa ever since they have opened up and I absolutely love it there, the staff is always so nice and very knowledgeable. I have also been there since the new ownership and I believe it is better than ever! I will continue going there and will recommend it to everyone I know!!!

I have been going to Simply Skin since they opened last year and have always been happy with their services and customer care. I hope the new owners keep that the same.

I have been to this spa on different occasions and received multiple services. I have always felt comfortable while there. Recently I had encountered some very unusual behavior between staff and other spa goers. This kind of atmosphere is not what a spa should be like. After talking with other friends we all have decided to look for a new, more comfortable spa in the area.

Beautiful, relaxing and well decorated spa!! Staff needs a little help. Needs to work on communication with their customers/clients and be honest on their policies. Services, massage's great, Facial's wonderful! A little over priced on most products and procedures. Will I go back, not sure. I will definitely do more research before making a final decision. Will I recommend this spa to friends, I don't think so. Not at this point!! Management needs to address some issues and make some changes within.

A truly beautiful and well staffed facility. It offers a touch of the European right here in Knoxville Tn. Services and atmosphere compare with the best of the best!!! I will definately make a point to return on my next trip to this lovely city.
