Unity Immediate Care Center

I called Unity Immediate Care Center numerous times and the nurse/secretary that answers is always very rude and lethargic. I can definitely tell that they don't like their job or the people that are in involved in their work. If you're going to work in healthcare you might want to have a more spirited, friendly attitude to the customers who pay your bills. If you don't want my money that's perfectly fine, just tell me up front and I'll go somewhere else. I called them recently and asked if I could have my records sent to me because I moved to Colorado. They flat out told me no. There isn't a sincere bone in their body. I will never go there again. Thank god I moved.
